Would never use this company again if you paid me! The employees were wonderful. The owner is a thief and a complete jerk. There were some cracks in our installed tiles. They would not respond and never came to fix them. Then, they "lost" our estimate and tried to charge us $125 more for the defective work. I asked for the estimate and "they couldn't find it". We were in the middle of moving, so I didn't have a copy handy, but I knew what they had told me. I told them I would pay that amount and gave them my credit card until they could produce documentation. They never did. 3 months later, they left me a message saying they did find the estimate and I was correct on the amount but they were now charging me late fees and sending me to collections for $50. I spoke to the owner thinking we could easily clear this up. He was rude, wouldn't listen to me, started yelling at me, and then called me a liar. Hard to believe this guy is in business. It's only because he has great employees who try to make things right.

Outstanding. Excellent. $9300, ff you live in the San Francisco bay area you'd understand.

Finished on schedule, worked hard, attention to detail (once reminded of what we wanted), professional job. Highly recommend!

The table came out great. He was not able to get rid of all the stains, but the finished product was worth the money. They were able to get a little stain out of the grout and it looks wonderful. NIck and helper were very nice a respectful of our house. I believe they did a very nice job.

Great! The installers were timely, professional, polite, and kept the space clean. I felt comfortable with them working in my home, and they were great to work with. Hany, the sales manager, was also easy to work with and was great at communicating with us during the project.

I had a good experience with them and I will reuse them. They were exceptional. They were complete self starter there was some questions and answers at the beginning and at that point they went straight to the process and reported their findings and work progress all the way through the process because it took a couple of days. They prepped the work in the morning they came back and did the work in the afternoon and they came back the next day to seal the work, so at each step they gave us details.

Excellent - both making arrangements for a quote and the work itself. We have wide grout that had little holes here and there, and also needed a good cleaning, esp the tile. Everything was done as promised, on time, and very professional. I was super impressed by Curt who did the work, and Brendan at the office. I'd use Tile & Grout King again in a heart beat.

We found Tile and Grout King to be on-time, detailed oriented, hard working, professional, organized, and  clean. Candy and Juan worked late everyday and including Saturday and one Sunday. They were everything you want in a company. The tile turned out great. We are looking for other projects for them to do by far the  best experience we have had so far!

This is the second time we have used Tile and Grout King.  This job involved installing 18" square tile marble over 2 brick fireplace walls and a 110" hearth..   Some bricks extended into the room and had to be cut off.    Two crews worked all week to make the installation.  They were on time each day and communicate quite well.   The floors were well protected and the crews cleaned up each day.   I am very happy with the results and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

BAD.EXPERIENCE.  The first guys they sent were very nice, but either did not understand how to do their job, did not understand what we were saying, pretended to not understand what we were saying  or were just in a big hurry to get the job done. I have a hunch it was a combination of all 4. They left our bathroom a mess and when I went to clean it up after 48 hrs of letting the grout and caulk dry I saw that THEY ACTUALLY LEFT THE BATHROOM IN WORSE SHAPE than before they cae. Issues 1) No attention to detail, sloppy, sloppy, sloppy work! Grout lines were uneven and bumpy there was excess grout everywhere. 2) They chipped two pieces of tile in obvious places on the front of the vanity(and glopped grout all over it to try and cover it up).  3) When I went to try and wipe the gloppy grout off to see the extent of the chips a LOT of grout came off and it was clear it had not been sealed.  4) I asked them at least twice if they caulked the top of the tile baseboards (as we had discussed when we got the estimate) it was clear they had NOT done that but instead glopped a bunch of grout on them that got all over the walls.  
We called the manager who had given us the estimate. He came out and was obviously distraught about the horrible job they had done. He called the owner and they sent a "good" guy out on the following Saturday.  
Ummm, not so good.  First they arrived 45 minutes early on a Saturday morning. They did clean up the sink and replaced the chipped tile (with tile the previous owner had luckily saved). However, when they showed us the work both my husband and I asked them about the other clean up that needed to happen (i.e. caulking around the tub and the tile baseboards, show tile, etc.), he nodded as though he understood.  He went out the the truck and I thought they were just cleaning up after themselves before they came back to complete the job.... NOPE... they just took off leaving the clean up incomplete.
Again, we called the manager and he happened to be in the office.  He didn't even know what to say as he had even told them all the clean up they needed to do.  He called them and made them turn around and come back.  At that point, we knew that the rest of his work would be crappy since he clearly had better things to do than finish our job... AND we were right.  When I went to go wipe down the shower all the caulking started to pill up. and then I go down and my hands and knees and saw they did the same crappy job with the grout and caulking around the toilet and in spot in different areas of the floor.  Everything is white so the mistakes and sloppiness is less obvious at first glance but if the grout had any contrast whatsoever their horrible job would be obvious at a glance.So, the manager got another call from me this morning.  He is coming tomorrow to see what he can do to fix the stuff the fixer was supposed to do.
I think this all boils down to the fact that the owner is hiring cheap laborers who have no work ethic. We have tile in other places in our house that is immaculate AND we just had tile put in our laundry room right before we tried to have this done (with a different vendor) and it was done right the first time and really looks nice too. I say all this because it is not as though we are being unreasonable or don't understand what tile is supposed to look like.  I hope this gets cleaned up so I can live with the BIG FAT mistake we made by hiring these guys. NOTE:  I did give an "A" for the responsiveness of the manager who was very responsive and sympathetic, but unfortunately has no control over the laborers they hire and schedule for jobs.

For majority of the project they were very quiet and I could barely tell they were in my home. There were times that I had to use my handy Spanish to English translator for detailed communication. The craftsmanship and professionalism was superior and I would use this company again for any of my future tiling needs.

Cleaning results in another bathroom were a bit disappointing. Brendan came back, cleaned and restored the grout at no charge

This was a good experience. Hany was very communicative, and he talked with the workers, and made sure the tile/grout was available for pickup by his team to bring to our house for the installation. The workers were very respectful, and worked hard. They did an excellent job with the Travertine stone, it's beautiful. Also, the office receptionist was very nice and informative. Overall, this was a great experience, and we will work with them again gladly.
