The Maids of Santa Clara, South and East Bay

Scheduled for Saturday and they were available and setup an appointment. They said that their rate was $145 per hour. I was hoping to get a clean, professional and thorough service. They arrived as a team of 4 people a few minutes early, which was good. They started working and appeared really busy for about 75 minutes. We heard a couple of loud bangs in the house and they didn't report any issues. After they were done, we went to the different parts of the house to check on the quality of work and noticed a couple of spots that were not cleaned. The person who was in-charge of cleaning that part of the house wasn't very happy and just touched up that spot. After they left, we went around the entire house and found that many things were barely touched - the stove was not cleaned, the counters were not cleaned properly, the sink was still dirty, they didn't clean the bath tub completely - hair was still left in the tub, the kitchen floor was not properly vacuumed. We found a dent in the kitchen sink and a doll on display that was broken. They never reported either of these things. I am deeply disappointed at the quality of work and their not being careful with things in the house. I have had other people who charged far less do a much better job. If you think you are getting top work for the amount you pay, think again. I wouldn't hire this company again.

I have been quite satisfied.  They show up when they are supposed to.  They do a perfectly reasonable job with the house.  Once they forgot something that mattered to me that week so I called them up and they came back the next day and fixed what they were supposed to do.  They probably do a better job than any of the house cleaners I have ever had in terms of keeping things clean and doing what they are supposed to.  They charge less if they come every week.  Also, they base their charge on how often we call them and on how big our house is.  Their price is a little over priced but not unreasonable.

I like that they work around my schedule.

I had used them in the past.  They did everything.  They did a good job.  Their price is good.  They are responsive and punctual.  I would use them again in the future.     

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK. THEY CAME IN A GROUP OF FOUR PEOPLE. EACH ONE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR A SPECIFIC AREA/ROOM. THE HOUSE WAS VERY CLEAN IN ONE HOUR.
