Durasol is a great product, BUT, Greg Parr uses a bunch of unqualified high school kids to drill holes into the house to install the Awning. They are unqualified and did not drill the holes into the studs, often only hitting drywall. I'll probably have to remove those awnings from my house due to safety reasons, since it's not secured properly. I even called him and sent him pictures, but he won't take responsibility. He said that it was wind damage that caused it and not a fautly installation. I was burned, I should have checked since Greg Parr is not Licensed and doesn't use licensed contractors. Also, he's not part of BBB. I should have chosen European Rolling Shutters, who were my 2nd choice. Live and learn, but it was a very expensive lesson to learn. $15k down the drain, and who knows how much it will cost to repair the exterior of my house. I don't want others to be deceived, that is why I'm sharing my experience. :)
Description of Work: Greg Parr is an Authorized Distributor for Durasol Awnings. I purchased the Durasol Elite Plus awnings. 17x13.5 & 14.5X13.5 awnings.
