SUMMIT BUILDING CONSTRUCTION

When we removed two bedroom windows, we encountered a problem. The gaps on the sides were over 2-3 inched in some areas. The original installers did a lousy job. Mr. Hong took the extra time to set the window properly and replace the window trims to our satisfaction. It also involved drywall work, plastering and painting which was not anticipated, but Mr. Hong handled it like a professional. Also, the siding we chose was concrete and heavy. There were no groove markers on it to indicate where the overlap should sit, so every board had to be held in place and properly set. It took extra time and manpower. The results are great. Mr. Hong did an excellent job. He is a hard worker who shows up when he says he will. He does not have a huge overhead, so his fees are very reasonable. We did not experience any negative issues on this job he did for us. We would hire him again.
