Failing grade. They sent a person called Justin. He was quite rude and did a quick job and overcharged for a 15 min job. In additional he showed up extremely late. On a recall for the job, they sent a person 3 days later.

They put a new section pipe in immediately, but it leaked. It took 4 1/2 weeks to get the job finished. They came out once and tightened it and once and looked at it. Despite several calls, it took another 2 weeks to get them back again at which time they said they had used the wrong fitting. They ultimately did replace it. Still see a very small drip. Their price was half what we were getting quoted elsewhere, and they stood behind their warranty when the job leaked, so if you don't care about bugging them to finish the job, go for it. A small leak in the sewer pipe didn't inconvenience us much, but I sure wouldn't want to be stuck without a sink or toilet this long looked up their records at the Better Business Bureau which indicates questionable reliability. They are listed under both 650-949-4575 and 408-748-8189 at the BBB website. (You should utilize the phone numbers to look up their records, as the name of plumbing companies change.) Would use again in non-urgent situation.
