Walter was prompt, courteous and professional. He took great care with my home as the water heater was located in a laundry room. He was meticulous with his work to make sure everything was perfect.

This is the second time I've used these people. The first time was a year ago, for the same problem. That time, the service was so-so--the guy found a stoppage, but then had to return in a few days because it wasn't the real problem. This time all went very smoothly. They could have come sooner, but I asked for a later time. He was slightly late, but did call to let me know when he would be there.

They were pretty good. The quality of work was good. They were pretty quick to respond. I would absolutely use them in the future.

I called for service around 4:30 pm and found a local plumber that came to my house a half an hour later. He made the repair quickly and displayed complete professionalism the entire he was here. I was particularly pleased by the quick response time and courteous manner in which Alex Ra of Smart Plumbers & Rooters not only fixed the problem, he also explained to me how and what it took to fix the problem.

They were excellant. No trouble scheduling, they came out pretty quickly. They were professional and fast.

The tub, while now draining, is still draining slowly. The guy, Alex, was here a little over an hour, left a huge mess, charged us $435, and I still feel we have a problem.

The sink stopped on Saturday. I tried Drano (never worked for me, but there may be a first time) and cleaning the P-trap. On Sunday morning I called Smart Plumbers. The plumber, who is an employee there, answered the phone immediately and gave me a flat price that sounded reasonable to me. He did not charge a fee for work performed on Sunday, and no fee for an estimate. He said that he will be there in an hour. Arrived in half an hour. Fixed the problem in 15 minutes, and then fixed the leak I had under the sink for free. I was impressed with his professionalism: he made sure that the sink worked, not that just the problem he came for was fixed.

First time home owner lived in new house for 2 months and kitchen sink clogged on Saturday. We called at around 4:15pm and the operator said the plumber Alex will be here around 4:40pm and give a no obligation estimate. Alex came within 20min after the call. He inspected the pipes carefully and determined that the pipe from the kitchen to the main is completed clogged due to years of usage. He quoted cleaning with plumbing snake cleaning $175 and high pressure cleaning $200 extra. He did great job and cleaned lots of gunk from the pipes. After he completed, he cleaned up the space both in the kitchen and in the yard where the main pipe goes out. He gave us $75 off when we purchase both the cleaning and also offered small tips to maintain the pipes on daily use. My husband I were very pleased with the work, will definitely call them again.

Every time I've used their service, they are always professional, always punctual, providing clean and complete service. I never feel like I'm getting ripped off, and they are always clear about the work they are doing, the work that they have done, and the work that I might consider getting done. They seem to care that I don't have future problems, and they have even shown me how to fix some items myself! I have never hesitated to call them when any plumbing-related issue arises, and plan to use them for as long as I live in the area. It's great to find a plumber like this. Highly recommended!

Sean completed the task within 30 minutes. I was very happy with the results.

Very well. First thing the plumber did was put protective paper on the wall and floor. Then he cleaned the pieces. He waited for the washing machine to run through two separate wash & drain cycles to ensure the machine was pumping water out properly and the drain pipe was draining properly. Then when I asked him a question about my water heater (which he had not installed), he spent ~ 10-15 min looking in to the problem, made a diagnosis and recommended course of action (a warranty problem with the water heater).

I was charged 5 hours of labor to replace a valve under the kitchen sink. The plumber took two trips to the hardware store to get the right replacement valve. I called to get a dishwasher repaired, and it turns out this company DOES NOT DO DISHWASHER REPAIRS. At least the dishwasher isn't spewing forth water anymore and we don't have to shut off water to the entire house to prevent it... so it wasn't a total waste... but that seemed to take way too long just to replace a valve and way too expensive, and my dishwasher is still broken.

I called Smart Plumbers at about 10 AM on Labor Day. I've used them before for a shower drain clean-out and was very happy with the work. They had my address on file and promised to be at the house in an hour. Sure enough, a man showed up in an hour. He worked for about an hour and a half and was able to clear the tree roots. Everything is back to normal now. The guy was very nice and explained everything he was doing. I have no idea if $146 is high or low compared to other plumbers. I'm happy that I called on a holiday, they were here in an hour and fixed the problem.

He did very good work and the price was very reasonable.

They showed up on time to do the work. The prices are always very reasonable for what they do. They are very courteous when they are there working. They cleaned up everything when they were done working.

They called 30 minutes before arriving (on time), they came in with a clean, modern and fancy truck. They unloaded their spanking new rooting machine, and walked around the house to figure out where was the blockage. They used the machine to root to where they thought the blockage was, and they were right on. The drains started flowing perfectly. Were fast, polite, knowledgeable, and gave me a 90 days warranty.

First Jin and Sean came out to estimate the drain issue we had been having. Jin got under the house to check out the problem at the source. He explained that he didn't think we would need to change the drain at this time. Jin and Sean explained the process giving pictures to give the visual of the job. This took care of the initial problem. They couldn't do this throughout the house because of a problem on my end. They only charged me 50%. They scheduled to come back the following Monday to do the washer relocation. While doing this job we ran into a drain pipe issue. The cleaning from the previous day must have cleared away build up that was clogging a hole. Jin showed me the leakage from a vent and then came up to explain the two options we had. We opted for the cheaper fix and it worked with no leak. They finished the job cleaned up and called it a day.

Great, came out Saturday night when I called and since we had an emergency he was able to resolve the problem in less than 24 hours. Cleaned up the entire site and minimized extra expenses of tile work.

Jin Lee is very professional, always on time, gives an estimate of the costs of the job, and stays within budget. He's very honest with costs and prices and his charges are reasonable. If he's running late, he calls to let the customer know of his new estimated time of arrival. He's now remodeling my bathroom and is very cognizant of the fact that it is my only bathroom and is working to minimize the disruption. He always cleans up after this work is completed. When he replaced the toilet, he scrubbed the stains that were on the linoleum. He is the best and I highly recommend him.
