Telly is very professional and met all our expectations. He worked with us within our budget, and was quick to propose ideas to make it work or improve our design.Telly was able to finish the work in the allotted time (pretty rare in the construction business) and there was no suprise cost at the end.We highly recommend him, will hire him again for our future projects.
