Hardwood Flooring Service
They were just outstanding in their customer service and in their flooring work. They were also very attentive.
There was a weird incident thought. I had a painter that wanted to use masking tape on the floors so he wouldn't get paint on the floor. The flooring people said to not use masking tape since it would take up the finish. Then, the flooring people ended up put masking tape on my hardwood cabinets. This took up the finish on my cabinets. The flooring company owners were flabbergasted that their workers did this. The owner came to make it right where he could. He said he would come back later to make everything right. He never did. After I received the bill for the remaining balance, I called them since the owner never came out. That man told me that he would tell the owner to come back to my house to fix my cabinets. He never came out and they never pursued the remaining balance of around $100. I'm living with the marks on my cabinet now.

RB FLOORING DID AN AWESOME JOB WITH THE INSTALL WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK AND THE WAY THE WORKERS PERFORMED, THEY CLEANED-UP AFTER EACH DAY AND DID NOT LEAVE ANY GARBAGE AROUND OUR HOME.
