I was really pleased with them. They've only been in business since earlier this year. The amount of work that they put in to get the job right was truly impressive. They bit off more than they could chew, and could have had any number of reasons to complain about it and they never did. They're really small; it's only a couple of guys. I could not believe the amount of work they put into getting calcium off of windows that I was pretty certain I was going to have to replace. My whole staff was just agog over what the windows looked like the following day. It was one of those great experiences. They quoted a price; they were willing to stick to that price even though they were putting in probably treble work. I pursued a change in the price because I knew the work was way beyond what they bid. They did it without having been to the site, based on the number of the windows. They weren't expecting to run into the stuff that they did, but they did remarkably well -- and that's coming from a retired Marine who kind of expects certain things.
