Keefe Hudson, the owner and plumber, returned my call promptly, made an appointment to come look at the job, and gave a cost estimate.  He showed up on time, and completed the work in a timely manner on the day that we had agreed upon.  The work required that he work under the house as well as inside the house.  It also required some creative solutions to the path of the piping.  Keefe did an excellent job.  He was very neat and professional in his work, making sure not to track inside the house.  We would definitely recommend him.

Keefe Hudson is the owner (and only plumber?) of Pyramid plumbing.  Keefe arranged to look at our installation needs and give an estimate.  He arrived on time, thoroughly explained what he intended to do, confirmed with us where we would like the shut-off valve and provided an estimate on the spot.  When the day came for the installation, he arrived slightly early (but waited in his truck until the agreed time), did the work in a professional manner, and finished a little earlier than he originally estimated.  His price was reasonable and in line with other estimates we had gotten.  The whole experience was very pleasant.

In addition to the above - about a week after he was here to install the gas pipe, Keefe called us to say that he had just learned the fireplace company was going out of business and he wanted to make sure we knew about it and that we were being taken care of.  We did know about the company closing (a completely separate story), but it was very considerate of Keefe to want to make sure we were aware.  This shows a real concern for his customers.
