Our 25 year old wrought iron patio furniture was very rusty with chipped, peeling paint. From start to finish I could not be more pleased with the service which I received from Pic Industry to make our patio furniture like new again. They were extremely prompt and efficient in handling every part of the job. We talked over the phone to get an estimate for the repairs. Then a written estimate was mailed to me for my approval. An appointment was made for the furniture to be picked up the following week. The men who picked up the furniture handled it very carefully covering all the pieces with blankets when they were loaded into the truck. The contact person at the office (Judy) was very careful in making sure that I was satisfied with the choice of color for the furniture. She sent out color swatches for me to look at before we finalized the order. In addition to painting the furniture, the company replaced the worn out tires on the chaise lounges. I received my beautifully restored patio furniture back in three weeks. The delivery men were careful in taking it out of their truck and setting it up in the backyard according to my direction. I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Pic Industry.

My furniture is absolutely beautiful. They are excellent in their workmanship. They did make a mistake in the color but they took it back with no questions asked. There was no extra charge they just redid it.
