They arrived early, they were thorough yet the lighter stains and heavy traffic areas are still slightly visible.

Overall carpets cleaned well but some light stains still existed; not a deep clean but probably better for the carpets.

Just like my first experience with Naturell, Mike and his partner were 5 minutes early for the appointment! Excellent! I am a strong believer in respecting “time”. More importantly, once again I am super pleased with their work. Upon returning home after the shampooing, once again Naturell did impressive, professional work. (The two (2) felines, Channing and Angel are/were 15 years of ago. Since Naturell’s last visit, my beautiful Angel had transitioned quietly a little over a month ago. It was heartbreaking. She had acquired a gastric intentional case that detracted her from the liter box. Needless to say, Naturell’s Services were needed even more. When I returned home, once again I was overwhelmed and grateful. Thank you Mike cannot convey how I feel. This is an “A+++” vendor. It’s almost a well kept secret of excellence!

I had a very good impression. I was very impressed. They use specifics to their methods of cleaning. They don't use some regularly accepted methods. They use some enzymes. Very good impression, very good impression. I regret I have not done it many years earlier, but now I will be calling them again. I don't remember the price but it was, for the quality of work, very reasonable. I believe it was less than $500. They just included the kitchen for free because I have an old hardwood floor which I had not replaced yet, but they offered to clean it for free, I believe, so it was very generous, very nice impression there of those people. They're pleasant and efficient, maybe three or four hours total. The house is pretty large, so overall very, very good impression. Very good responsiveness when they placed the order, when they came, performed. It was only one gentleman. I believe there are two brothers, the owners of this company, so on both sides it was very good impression. I would use them again, and I will use. Very personable attitude, and yet very businesslike at the same time as he is also performing the duty, and he has kind of nice human touch, because I am talkative, so we talked and that kind of attention to the customer. They said that's their own invention. They have this organism that cleans it. I'm not sure why some other people in the industry, they don't use the same method. I was not sure how it worked, but their method is working, because carpet is clean and my carpet was years overdue to be cleaned. I planned to replace this carpet, but then I decided I have to have it cleaned now, so it was very effective cleaning. They can see it is A-rated, so it means I would recommend. Communication was very good.

Jeff answered the phone, was available at very short notice. Came on time and was extremely professional. A pleasure to work with and chat with while he went about his business of cleaning the carpet. He uses the right equipment which does not make your carpet stretch and sag. The products were odorless and the carpet was dry in under an hour. I will definitely call on him again for future carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.

I've used these guys twice. We have both cats and dogs and we foster cats as well. They do a fantastic time, everytime! I can't imagine using anyone else.

It went as Planned

Wrong address issues made punctuality poor, but Jeff was excellent, fast, and made our old carpeting look great!. Will use them again, but will confirm the address next time!.

Jeff was great. He was punctual and courteous and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. I had some stains and dirt from general wear on a large area rug. Not everything came up, but it was a marked improvement and I appreciated not having soaking wet floors or a stinking house afterwards.

I have had several conventional carpet cleaners come and I used Naturell for the first time. I have never seen our carpets this clean! They use different equipment as well as a different technique and cleaning solution. It definitely looks much better than the other carpet cleaning folks. I will use Naturell from now on and recommend them for sure! Also, very professional and pleasant people.

They were fine. They were very, very good. They weren't cheap. They were a little pricey, but that's alright. There was one person to complete the service. They were professional. They did what I expected and exceeded my expectations on the the upholstery clean-up and I would use them again.

Work was very good.

These guys are at the top of their game. I had a very soiled carpet from my ill cat. I had tempered my expectations. My expectations were so exceeded it's exciting. I feel like I have a home again! You cannot go wrong with Naturell!

Outstanding. The gentleman who showed up was thorough and efficient. He moved furniture carefully and explained to me the specifics of how he was handling the wool berber. He did show up in an unmarked van which seemed a little strange - but he clearly knew what he was doing and provided a superior service for a great price.
