I brought a computer to them to check if it was worth fixing. We decided not to fix it for the cost and the age of the machine.  They were fair as they didn't charge me to look at the computer and for the advice they gave me.

Screen replaced in two separate incidents for one computer. It was driven over to their Scott Blvd. address, front office where you press a button for service, no one sits out in their lobby. Both times asked for a repair estimate based on current business and both times estimates were correct. After the first time, we had a concern with something that happened just after the repair but was unrelated, but we got a return call explaining what they did in even more detail to help us eliminate the repair as part of the problem, it was prompt and courteous. The turnaround is decent for people who need their computers. We have since used for business machines and recommended to others. Note: We dropped off and picked up instead of using the mail option which would take longer. Our only complaint is that neither time did they remember to call us when it was done, so we needed to follow up sooner on our own to make it though traffic by 5pm.
