Salesperson was knowledgable and very helpful.
Installation went relatively well, except they could not hook up the oven electrical due to an undersized breaker.
My only suggestion, is that the install team could have called and asked about the circuit ahead of time, and I would have had the breaker replaced with the appropriate size prior to their arrvial.

Quality of service people varied in the showroom. Knowledge was very inconsistent when shopping for appliances. Some sales people could answer questions others could not. When it came to installation, very poor knowledge with the product or just a policy not to install the appliance but not inform the customer what they can do. Trying to get refund for installation not performed has been difficult.

We purchased a full suite of appliances from this company; cooktop, cooktop vent, oven, refrigerator, washer, dryer, dishwasher. Delivery was courteous and on-time. All went well until one of the items (a Kitchen Aid downdraft vent -- don't buy one of these either!) did not work. At that point, Standards of Excellence referred me to the warranty service company and refused outright to do anything to help us. They neglected to tell us that we had 30 days to return the items for replacement with no questions asked until the 30 days had expired. Calls to the sales person and the store manager have gone unanswered. The sales person promised to "look into the situation and get back to you". He did nothing and did not get back to me. When I did actually get the salesman on the line he told me (twice) that "we can't do anything until the service tech writes on the report that the unit is defective." The service tech told me that he had been instructed NOT to write those words on the ticket, and that the report he filed "means the same thing". We spent a ton of money with this company, believing that the thing that distinguishes them from people like Direct Buy was their service. They were quite reticent to help us, and it required the intervention of the Sales Manager to get any help organized for us.

Transaction was good. I wish delivery would have been available more quickly so we didn't have to pay extra for the third party delivery company. But i am very thankful that SOE did give us the contact info so we could get the fridge asap. This is good customer service.

I did not purchae from them due to the terrible sales process. We went in and pretty much knew what we wanted. Discussed a few options with the sales rep and requested a quote. I had to call two times more to get a quote which then was for the wrong size and did not include installation as requested. We ended up figuring if they couldnt handle a sale this easy, we didn't want them to take a chance with an install. We went to University Electric and were very pleased with all the assistance we got.

They were excellent and I highly recommend them. They were very courteous, they came out on time, and they did what they said they would. I don’t trust a whole lot of mechanics but the guy that came out was very straight forward. He showed me the pump and the part and everything went great. I was very impressed.

Their prices were really good and I liked their service. They have a beautiful showroom with a lot of selections. The salesman was really knowledgeable. He picked up on what I wanted and he was really good at explaining all of the features. He didn't try to pressure sale me and he was very informative. He didn't really try to close the deal, he just let it happen. I have recommended them to a lot of people.

The salesman was very helpful, their show room is top of the line and very well put together. You have to call for an appointment so they can spend enough time to satisfy your needs properly. The only down side was they were supposed to install it yesterday, but didn't get that done because the service man forgot his tool. They did not charge me extra for this so Standard made up for this in savings. I was disappointed that I had to call them to inquire about when they would be here. I had a good experience with the sales portion, but the service installation was lacking. I will hire them again.
