The guy who came to measure was pleasant and on time. After the scheduled three weeks came and went we didn't hear from them. When we called them they said they broke the mirror so it would be another three weeks. A month later we had an install appointment scheduled. This came and went. Then finally they were due to arrive between 1:30 and 2:30 today. Yesterday they left a message asking us to call if there was any problem with the time since there was no problem we didn't need to call. At 1:15 pm they called and since there was no one home they didn't send the delivery. When my wife arrived home at the scheduled time of 1:30 pm, she played back the messages and called them to see why they decided not to come, yet again. The woman on the phone was indigent that there was no one home 15 minutes before the delivery. When my wife expressed frustration, the person from Mission Glass got very rude. When we said we wanted to cancel the order she hung up on my wife. Extremely unprofessional.

I used Mission Glass to install a large 5x3 window in my dining room. Mike the foreman was great they were in and out in 1 day. I also had 2 other windows that needed to be replaced and they did this as well. We had a problem with the sliders but they came back and fixed them. I will use them if ever I need a window replaced again.
