Exterior Painting, Pressure Washing
Jay Whitaker from Joy Properties took half the cost ($850) as deposit. Focused on doing the pressure washing of fence, house and walkways first. In 3 weeks, he completed the pressure washing of the house and walkways and 10% of the fence. He kept doing it slowly and took absence from work saying his wife was sick. In between, he took off for a week saying he had to complete another job. He also asked for money to buy the paint. Very unprofessional on his part. Though he knew he were going on vacation, he kept delaying the work. We got in touch after coming back from vacation. He said, he wouldn't be able to finish the work for health reasons and promised to return the money back for work not done. Its been 4 months, haven't heard back from him. Also, the address on his visiting card is fictitious. Please avoid him.
