Green Rat Control

When they were here they were actually using my ladders to do the work, if  was not to do the work faster or fix the disk I have a second floor and they did not come with a twenty four foot ladder I had one they used it and they were able to do the job if they were not having used my ladder they would not be able to go that far up and the fact that they used my ladders even without asking me I would really ask what kind of professionalism those people have and if they have not done my home work on them and worst I have a gofer in my back yard they said n problem I really knew what a gofer was I explain on the phone that there is some animal that digs and digs and digs and that I already have tried to drown but it moved away by twenty five feet and created a new hole oh yeah yeah sure we know exactly what that is we are going to kill it for you when the supervisor of them came the supervisor said a this a gofer we don't have anything for that, there is nothing we can do so the sales person on the phone promised me they were going to kill it and they knew exactly what it is and the supervisor comes and see it from thirty feet away and said immediately this is not a rat and that we can't kill this. I called to talk the person to warn them about them using my ladders and stuff like this when I called the front office over there and ask for the person that was actually taking care of me they had no clue that person was and I said you don't have any clue that one of your team was actually at my house, its by only by insisting, the person actually changing a bit of the pronunciation of the name that she gave me that person and she just said yeah that person is first day on the job and she still in training.
