GREAT WESTERN PLUMBING

Kent arrived and began work right away.  He fixed what my partner had tried to do, got the right parts, got everything connected and working.  Two and a half hours later he finished and everything was working perfectly.  Besides the fact that they were able to schedule someone so quickly, Kent was professional, knowledgeable, and nice.  It turns out, this was the same company and the same plumber that I had used a couple years ago for a bathroom toilet installation.  They are going to be my plumber from now on.

GWP said they had already appointment for that Sunday and probably would not be out until at least 3 pm or later and they would give me call @ 3 to give me an update. 

At 2:50 PM Chuck from GWP showed up at my door, went through my list of items and started working.

He took his shoes off before entering the house and left all work areas clean, if not cleaner than it was originally. 

The tub holds water, the leak was fixed, the new disposer is in and working (amazing how QUIET the new one is), and the snaked out drain has water rushing out of the kitchen sink and garage tub - the water flow on the garage tub has NEVER been this good the years I've been in this house (11 years).

I will call GWP again for future plumbing needs and if I do, I hope I get Chuck again.  He was pleasant to talk to and really knew his stuff!

THE WORKER THEY SENT OVER WAS NAMED TRUCK & HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS & HAD NO MORE PROBLEMS WITH DRAINS & PIPES AFTERWARD.
