They did an absolutely fantastic job. The floor was done really right. Every bit of it was done professionally. The reason we had to have them come in was because the company that came and did it before did not do a good job. Their pricing was competitive and reasonable. They came on time and were very easy to work with.

They were courteous and responsive.

Both jobs went very well. The shower was not easy due to walls not being plumb. We would hire him again.

I originally called to have what we thought would be relatively minor tile repair done to the shower stall, but water damage was discovered under the old tile and flooring. Patrick and his crew were sympathetic and patient while I sorted out liability issues with our previous contractor, then resumed work when we were ready to move forward. They kept us informed every step of the way, worked solidly throughout each day and even (with our permission) worked over the weekend in order to finish up. They cleaned up meticulously every day, and have left our bathroom completely sealed and looking gorgeous - better than it was before. Attention to detail was superior. For example, they replaced old baseboard with beautifully done continuation of the new floor tile, went out of their way to locate our old discontinued tile, achieved a seamless look with pre-existing tile work, so you can't even tell it was a repair/patch job.
