General Telecom installed our business phones and automated answering hardware in 1995. We upgraded in 2004 our automated answering hardware in 2003. All hardware works perfectly. Recently, we had a change in our phone lines so we had them reprogram our telephones. They were available and prompt - just like I remember them. I even spoke to Pam who was there since the beginning. Cordial and helpful as ever! I would recommend them wholeheartedly!
