Diagnosed the problem quickly. Did what he planned to do successfully. Kept me informed and educated me on how to use the new software, hardware. Gave me service options. Also added insight to a modem and power supply problem that a phone company repairman diagnosed. Easy to understand, friendly, professional, very helpful.
