Diagnosed the problem quickly. Did what he planned to do successfully. Kept me informed and educated me on how to use the new software, hardware. Gave me service options. Also added insight to a modem and power supply problem that a phone company repairman diagnosed. Easy to understand, friendly, professional, very helpful.
Description of Work: First visit: installed new driver and uninstalled old one to make computer recognize external drive. Second visit: installed a new DVD-RW and software program to back up the whole computer system in case of a crash. Repair a time-consuming and complex registry problem that other repair companies could not, and did it without reinstalling the whole operating system (my preference).
