This was one of those bring it in every 3 to 6 months. We have been with them for years. Our last care our engine was still working so well for 200,000 miles because of the care they gave us. So for our next car of course we would go back to them. I would give them an A+ if you had A+. Excellent price range. More modest than the factory price we would have to do. We are so impressed with them. We keep telling our friends. We do use them all the time.

They've repaired things for free, they've gone above and beyond in their responsiveness. I made a comment once about not being able to find touch up paint for my car and the next time I showed up they had touch up paint for me and they gave it to me for free. Their customer service is outstanding, their pricing is absolutely great. I'm not familiar with auto repair but usually there's book time, the repair book says you know take your hour to do something and most car shops and their dealers will charge you for that hour regardless of whether it takes an hour. These guys are like well if the book says an hour it only took us thirty minutes so we only charged you for half an hour. Their customer service there, their principles, everything about them is just top notch. I couldn't say enough good things about this place. 

I've had three cars serviced through them over probably a decade, and their commitment to service and quality has never changed and has been absolutely excellent. 

I'm not looking forward to finding a new company to service my car, they are better than the dealership.

I have been using them since 1992. They are wonderful. They are honest and give you a straight up fix. They tell you what really needs to happen, what should happen, and what you can ignore for a while.

I have been taking my Hondas and Acuras to Foreign Affair for more than 20 years and continue to buy those brands in part due to the excellent care Foreign Affair provides.   Foreign Affair is priced better than any dealer service department and more importantly, I trust that they will only perform necessary servicing of my vehicles.  Even when the bill is big, I know that I couldn't have done better elsewhere and that quality work will be performed. 

Very well. Just as expected. On time. Good job. Cost matched estimate. Moreover, I've been going to this shop since 1984 and have never strayed. They service Honda, Acura, Toyota, and Lexus. I actually buy my cars to ensure they can service them. I've never had a complaint.

Kevin and Allan are the best.  They provide top quality service on Hondas, Toyotas, Lexus, and Hyundai vehicles.  They have been our mechanics for over 20 years.  We have never had a bad experience with them , and would never consider taking our vehicles to anyone else.

They don't push unneeded sales or services, they are honest. They have competitive prices and great service.

I've been going to FA since 2007 when I bought my Honda. Never had to deal with Dealer Services ever. Always been to FA for routine maintenece & services. They're v professional & usually do the work while I wait @ their office . They have feww Wfi so I could work from there as well as Shuttles to nearby offices if the work is expected to take long.

I discovered it's not straightforward to replace the headlight bulbs for my Toyota Prius, unlike most cars.  I had called many dealers and repair shops, and all said an hour of labor is required.  Of course, the dealers had the highest rate at about $150.



When I called Foreign Affair, the person was very professional and patent.  I explained I wanted to save cost by getting my own parts, he helped me  to sort out whether my car uses halogen or HID bulbs, so I was just quoted the hourly labor rate.  When the repair was done, they told me the job actually didn't use an hour so they pro-rated my bill.  It was a pleasant surprise and I'd not expect an auto repair shop to do that.

They are excellent.  They are probably the best.  They never do any advertisements and only do a very few.  If anybody who uses them will stay as their customer for long time.  Previously, they used to service only two manufacturers.  I always think of buying the car brands that they service.  They are very trustworthy and high quality.  If one buys a car and have them service it, the customer would pretty much drive their vehicle forever.  I don't have to do any competitive shopping.  The price is not cheap; but overall, I am happy.

Kevin, the service manager, who was very courteous, took the Corolla for a road test and confirmed that the problem was a faulty rear wheel bearing.  He said he would call with an estimate for the repair.  Kevin called within a half hour with the price, which was less than half of what the Toyota dealer quoted.  I took the Corolla to FA for the repair appointment and the car was fixed in about 1 1/2 hours.  No more road noise.  I could not be more pleased with Foreign Affair and Kevin, the service manager.

 I plan to use them in the future.

They have serviced our car over the years. They are pretty helpful and honest when it comes to the type of work to be done. We only spent a little bit of money during our last visit since they only did a test to see how the car was doing. They were then able to tell us that we could not put any more money for fixing the car. Foreign Affair is a very good place to go for servicing your Honda or Toyota. They are fair priced as well. They actually do pretty good work on the cars.

They are very knowledgeable, they don?t talk down to women, and they do a great job of maintaining my car. They are a little on the pricey side.

They are very professional and the quality of actual auto care is really good. I would use them again in the future.

They are very honest about what needs to be done immediately and what could be put off if cost is an issue. The two guys who work the front desk are really good about getting back to you. We actually know one of the mechanics and he is a great guy. He makes sure everything is done correctly. There is a a lot of knowledge there.

I've been going to these guys for 20 years, through 4 cars, and I've never had a problem with them. They get the job done when they say they will. I don't believe it is possible to have a better automotive service experience.

I love and trust this place! I don't know much about cars, but I totally trust these guys to take care of my car. My brother and husband, both of whom DO know a lot about cars, have always taken their Hondas here for repairs and tuneups. They gave me a quote up front, but based on some noises I was hearing, said that some other items might need to be taken care of. They called me and told me what the problem was and how much it would cost. So their final price was higher than the estimate, but they asked me if I wanted to do the extra work first. They also did some free extras, like washing and vacuuming the car, and they even glued on some inside side-panel material that was hanging off.

This company specializes in foreign cars. I like them. I like the specialized care and attention. I would recommend them to anyone with a foreign car.
