It's a mixed bag. The initial work response was very prompt. The price was very good, far less than any of the competitors. However, after the job was supposedly finished, there were a couple of items that came up, one of them he was very slow to respond to, the second one he still has not responded to. We had to have 2 electrical inspections, the first one passed and the second one found three problems, three things that have been done improperly. Followup is definitely an issue. I would use them again depending on the nature of the work.

He was very helpful and competent in his work. He works very hard to try to accommodate his customers. He communicates what he is going to do and how much it is going to cost. It is all very clear to the customer. I will give him the top rating based on the service provided.
