Family Auto Centers

Going to a used car lot can be a scary and unknowing proposition. In shopping for a convertible mercedes, it led me to Family Auto.  I had been to 3 or 4 other lots in that pursuit and my BS antenna went up time after time.  At Family Auto, I met Eric and drove a CLK 350.  He understood my initial reservations regarding asthetics to the vehicle and suggested some logical alternatives.  We spoke of price but I made no commitment other than returning to take a closer look.  I returned the next day and worked with Mase, taking the car for a long drive and examining it inside and out asking many questions.  I eventually made an offer.  We agreed on a compromise we were both comfortable with.  My satisfaction with the team began during the transaction and post sale.  In sitting with Eric he made me feel like I would be taken care of even after taking ownership of the vehicle.  I met Sean the owner the next day  and he personnally made sure the vehicle was spic and span even in instructing the person cleaning the car that were misses to his attention to detail.  In passing I asked for an additional key and he said he didn't have it but would look into it.  Mercedes keys can be expensive so I anticipated  picking up the tab.  The team helped me with suggestions regarding body work on my other vehicle and in the selling of my SUV.  After having the vehicle over a week I received a phone call that they had DMV paperwork to help facilitate my SUV sale and much to my suprise an additional key to my vehicle.  I would definetly recommend Family Auto to my friends and family.
