Enviropro Cabinets

Through a decorator that we are using, we received a recommendation that Enviropro would be a good company to help us in our kitchen remodel by renovating/resurfacing our cabinets. So we called up the company and were told they'd be at our house on a Saturday morning at 10 a.m. to give an estimate. We waited two hours for them to show. Never did. The following week, we called and asked what happened. We received an apology with an excuse about them being very busy, so we decided to give them another chance with another appointment the following Saturday in the 10 a.m. to noon window. Again, they never showed up. I understand how events can conspire to cancel or postpone an appointment but no phone call of explanation is just not professional behavior. We will be moving on to another company.
