Despite online claims of getting back to you with a preliminary quote within 3-5 business hours, it took them a couple days to even email me with useless information. It then took a full week just to find out their office hours and whether they had time to do a diagnostic on the spot. The staff there is extremely unresponsive. If they do not have good news, they do not contact you at all even if an update was promised by a certain day and time. Despite their claim of getting me a final quote within 3 business days, it took yet another week and a half! It took me four emails to get one response and three phone calls to even get a call back, not to mention all my other attempts.
Description of Work: The level of professionalism at this company is horrific. Not only did they not explore every option to recover my hard drive's data, they took 3 weeks to tell me so. It appears they only service the easiest of data recovery projects and if it requires additional work they are extremely reluctant to continue. This company led me to believe that they had explored every option and that their conclusion was that my hard drive was completely dead. When I suggested an alternative method, to their surprise, they quickly shot me down, despite the fact that a second opinion supported this method of recovery. Experience at Data Resurrection and its staff members, beyond terrible.
