Computer Repair
Despite online claims of getting back to you with a preliminary quote within 3-5 business hours, it took them a couple days to even email me with useless information. It then took a full week just to find out their office hours and whether they had time to do a diagnostic on the spot. The staff there is extremely unresponsive. If they do not have good news, they do not contact you at all even if an update was promised by a certain day and time. Despite their claim of getting me a final quote within 3 business days, it took yet another week and a half! It took me four emails to get one response and three phone calls to even get a call back, not to mention all my other attempts.
