THEY WORKED DILIGENTLY EVEN ON SATURDAY BECAUSE OF THE URGENCY TO GET BACK ALL MY DATA. IT WAS A CRITICAL TASK SINCE THAT COMPUTER IS A MAIN SERVER. I WAS VERY HAPPY TO GET THE COMPUTER RUNNING AGAIN AND RECOVERED ALL MY DATA. IT WAS WORTH THE MONEY.
