I contacted Perry Brown with Creation Construction to do some repair to the exterior of a property I had listed for sale. There was what appeared to be dry rot on some rafter tails and fascia board at the front of the home that really detracted from the appearance and curb appeal of the home.
Perry showed up on schedule, gave an estimate of repairs, and had the tools on his truck to do the repairs right away. Perry completed the work quickly and neatly, and charged what I felt was a very fair price. Finally, he left the work site very clean when he was finished. The house sold quickly afterwards!
I would highly recommend Perry and Creation Construction a an honest, dependable, and fairly priced general contractor.
