Best buy could not fix the sound. They replaced the sound card but that did not work. I took my PC back to bestbuy hoping that they may be able to fix it the second time..it cost me $185.00 each time. I took it to CDW and Allen fixed it. My monitor went down and he fixed that to I was going to get rid of my PC before I met Allen but now I feel I have a company that I trust and can depend on.
