COMPLETE CLEANING SERVICE

I had them come out to clean my carpets and a couple of throw rugs. They did a great job and my carpets have never looked better.

They cleaned 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen in one hour and 15 minutes but they didn't do a good job. They didn't do the dusting of furnitures and some of my paperweights in the living room because they told me if they will do that they will charge me for $145.00 because it will take time to do it. So, I decided not to do it. But I was disappointed with their service. First they changed the appointment time from 1:00 PM to 1:40 PM. Then, they came and cleaned the bathroom but still there were some dust and dirt and calcium deposits on the granite top of the bathroom and faucet and some dirt in the tub of the other bathroom. Then, I checked the other rooms and found out that there are still some dusts on the computer table and they told me that is included on the cleaning service but they didn't do it. The two cleaning ladies were in a hurry to clean the house and didn't do a good job. I definitely would not recommend this service to my friends or to others.

Complete cleaning came monthly for several months. They always missed something. You would have to go around and check the house every time to make sure the work was done. I got tired of finding dirty areas.

Scheduling was easy. Left a message and Lupe called me the same day. The cleaning was scheduled to start at 10:00 am but got a call the evening before saying that they will be late and will arrive around 11:00. At 11:00 a person showed up to give an estimate and then another hour later the cleaning crew showed up. So, the actual start time was noon. 3 people showed up to do the cleaning and were very fast but I cannot say that they were thorough. They missed quite a few spots on the floor which we asked them to go back and clean. They did not dust one of the cabinets or the mantle. Had to request them to do that before leaving. They were not happy about it as they were running late for another appointment at 1:00 . They were done with the whole house in just over an hour - this is probably the fastest I have had my house cleaned ever. All in all they did a decent job with the bathrooms and the kitchen but the rest of the house we pretty much had to go around pointing out spots for them. They also refused to move any furniture - not a big deal but would have been nice to know in advance. After they left we realized that neither the TV or the sofa in the family room had been wiped down. I don't think we will be hiring them again.

It was a good experience. I wouldn't say I would recommend them.

Lupe was very courteous and professional throughout the experience. She came and gave me an estimate for the 1st as well as follow-up cleanings. 2 crew members did the work at the agreed-upon day and time. They did great work. I can actually see through my clear shower doors! The only thing that would put from excellent to superior is if the fixtures in the bathroom shined a little more; there was some sort of soap residue left behind. The crew were very capable and polite and finished in less than 2 hours.

I have been using this company for fifteen years and I think that they do a wonderful job. I am comfortable with them being in my home and I feel they act in a very trustworthy manner. I don't have to really worry about scheduling. They take care of that and come out on a routine schedule.

Punctual and thorough.

The cleaners came on time (even a few minutes early, because I said they couldn't be late, as I had to go to work). They did a decent job for a good price. Overall, a good value for the money. The cleaning may not have been the absolute best job I've ever seen (they didn't dust all the picture frames or do a lot of straightening up), but every surface was basically clean and I've paid much more money for an only slightly more thorough job.

Complete Cleaning has been cleaning my houses for over 10 years. I have moved several times in that time period and they are always one of the first people I call when I move in. I have even just started to ask them to clean my house when I move out. They are friendly, professional and do a terrific job. They haven't raised their price to me in over 8 years. I can't recommend them highly enough!
