It’s fine. We’ve been using them for 10 years now. We really don’t have a choice. That’s the only internet provider in the area. The internet service is working fine.

They just supply the service, I have had real billings with their assignment services I had. It was probably a couple of a hundred bucks. I have television and internet and they are okay. It is all I want, to watch TV. I cannot even answer for I had them for so long.

I don't like Comcast. I don't have much of a choice, though. They keep raising the prices and give you smaller and smaller channels. If I had somebody else to use, I would use anybody else. Their customer service is okay.

I have Comcast and like everybody else, I can't stand them, but it's kind of a necessary evil. They just keep upping their rates. They're a pain in the neck. I'm terminating this month another two year renewal, but every time I investigate going somewhere else, the cost comes out to be about the same and the internet service is not as fast. I don't like anything about this company. They're impossible to deal with. They keep upping their rates. Their telephone technical support is good. When you call them, they can remotely fix a lot of stuff. The fact that they keep inching up their bills all the time. You're constantly calling and fighting with them. I use them by default, only because I haven't found anybody who is better, not because they're fantastic.

I just moved to SF and my experience with Comcast has been underwhelming, to say the most. The installer arrived late, didn't explain anything and left me to learn how to set things up. I need a detailed billing statement to submit the Internet portion of the bill as a business expense to my employer, however, Comcast's off-shore support simply repeated the same thing over and over again, regardless how I rephrased the simple question "how can I get an itemized statement for my first bill?". I was transferred three times with no one being able/willing to help me. The last person put me on hold, as did every Comcast customer support agent, then hung up on me. I was pleasant, patient and dutifully repeated the same answers tot he same questions, over and over again with each Comcast customer service agent. For the high cost, they lack any apparent ability to support their service. Also, just as a side note, the service lags/hangs at times, so changing channels and/or changing html pages sometimes takes awhile. Caveat Emptor

We had a power outage and have Comcast for cable, phone and internet. We have a phone that can be connected to an phone outlet so we can call someone. Since Comcast is VOIP, you cannot call out unless you have a cell phone. I am not sure if people realize this or not when you have a service that is VOIP. I didn't until we had the power outage.

Comcast has fast high speed internet, and it's dependable. The TV service is also dependable. They are pretty much the only game in town. Their customer service is not good. If anything goes wrong, it's a real mess, but I know they have been working on it. I live in a gated retirement community, and Comcast has assigned 2 technicians to work in the community. I have had both of them for service, and they are wonderful! They take extra care, and they talk, as well as listen. Their service impressed the heck out of me! One of them even walked me through a problem with the remote. I have no choice but to use Comcast in the future.

I have been a customer for a long time and their prices keep going up. I am not satisfied with them. They have been fairly good at changing the boxes out and fixing my issues over the phone. They have too big of a service time window. The guys who come out are very nice gentleman.

They do not show up. I have waited all day for them twice but they never showed up. The other problem is you cannot call them. They want you to communicate with them over the internet. They do not do what they say they will. They are bad communicators. Everybody apologizes but they do not do anything about it. They are awful.

I've had various internet services over the years but Comcast is pretty stable. The internet service is superior. But they were not all that responsive, because they were hard to get to. The price is actually pretty good though. I would continue using it in the future because I don't really have any choice. It's the fastest so far in my neighborhood.

They don't have great service but are much cheaper than other competitors in the area. I switched to another provider but recently switched back to Comcast and their service has gotten better. They are not really responsive; they are pitiful. I am stuck with them so will use them again in the future.

The technician assured us that we would not be charged for the installation, and then we were billed $50 for an additional installation charge. We went to return the cable box, and there was a forty-five minute wait. The quality of the service is very good.

Overall they are good, but when things go wrong they don't respond immediately. They give you a 2 hour time slot so you have to hang around and wait for them. They do keep the appointments, they do arrive on time and they do get things fixed. The prices are too high. They don't have a lot of competition and I think they know that.

I am not really happy with the service. It is okay but it has a lot of problems. It is expensive. You really get no other choice other than satellite TV or direct TV. They haven’t had to come out in a long time. They are not professional over the phone or if I need to speak to them.

I am blown with how responsive they are and how much better the service is. I have been very impressed with their customer service. If anything goes wrong, it gets fixed pretty quickly. If I say I do run a business out of the house, and I don't have a business account with them, but it all works really well. So far so good, knock on wood. I live in a county part and I kind of get the service last by all these service providers. They are punctual. They have done a lot of good training with their folks.

I am mostly happy with them. I have been using their services for 10 years now. The internet service is more than the phone service. So, it’s over $100 together. I did have some problems with them. There were several times when their service stopped working. So, I had to call them to get them to come and fix the problem. That was mostly in the beginning. I had to replace the modem once as well.

I haven’t paid my first bill yet. They installed the internet on a computer and a TV. If I had another choice of a good service provider, I would have moved because the service is a little pricey. I’m sticking with Comcast since there aren’t any good service providers. The quality is good. I would use them as along as there isn’t an alternative.

I feel like they are not the reliable or responsive. I am very unsatisfied with the customer service. It takes so long to get through, and I could not understand the representative due to his accent.

I didn't have any major problem with their internet service, and I would stay with them. The connection speed is pretty fast because it is cable internet and not through a phone line. I do have people that work from home, and every once in a while the internet goes out. It is a little frustrating when I lose a call on my internet.
