Very well. We bought a house that we like at a good price. Richard also helped us when it came to negotiating with the seller about the Section 1 (termites and wood fungus) work that needed to be done. The termite company gave an estimate for doing the work, but Richard found us a contractor who did the work for a lot less money, this was important as there was an upper limit in the offer contract as to how much the seller would pay for this work (amounts over this had to be negotiated). The contractor did good work and the seller paid for all of it. Richard also was very personable and patient, we were pretty high-maintenance clients as this was our first house.
