They were very kind when they realized I did not know much about computers. The man who worked on my computer talked me through disconnecting everything before I took it in there. I am very with my experience with them.

My experience in general was very good. I've used Central Computers in the past before. It was pretty simple to deal with them. I just brought the computer in and explained the issue. They fixed it and I picked it up.

They were great. They took the old hard disk out, put it in a USB enclosure so I could connect it to another machine and pull off the data to my other machine. They even suggested a USB enclosure that was on sale, which was very nice. Oh yes, the techs were courteous and polite and handled my questions very patiently. This is the best computer service experience I've ever had.

The DVD drive keeps damaging disks when I try to copy a disk. I took the PC in and they said the bearing of the motor is defective. I ended up replacing the DVD drive.

I took my non-functioning computer in to be diagnosed. They found that the hard drive was not working and could not be salvaged. They replaced the hard drive and reinstalled windows.

They did an excellent job. They found the problem quickly and fixed it right away. They did not charge very much and were very nice to us. They did not try to pull any wool over our eyes. I know a little about computers but not much. They did not try and charge us for something that did not need to be fixed.
