The first time they came, I really liked their work and made an appointment for regular cleanings. They never came on the scheduled date though I have confirmation emails, and never answered follow-up emails.

Their prices are really reasonable. They stay in close communication and respond quickly. They are close to perfect. They are thorough. They are very prompt.
