Cut lot of corners corners
- Living room slider not installed properly (not square)
- Left a gouged out corner of the wall when installing a window
- Didn't leave enough room to work with existing exterior electrical outlets and lights (we had to do significant rework)
- Contractor asked us to call him back in a few months to repair cracked stucco (because its normal for new stucco to crack) but when we did, he twice said he'd call us back to make an appointment but never did call back.
Was a bully to us (argued with us from the beginning once we agreed to work with him). We had trouble maintaining control over when this contractor would work on our place.
Would probably be better working for large businesses and complexes than working for individual customers.
