Anderson Behel Body Shop

Anderson Behel was very concerned when I drove in to their place of business with a broken window.  They told me I should not be driving with auto glass flying around the car.  I could lose an eye, too.  I asked for an estimate to have the body work done.  When I heard that the price of fixing the car was almost $4000!!  I guess I just wasn't used to paying that much.  I was thinking of driving to get another estimate, but I was really afraid to drive the car with the broken window.  I was told that Anderson Behel was having a deal that a rental car would be provided for free for 5 days.  So, I decided to go with Anderson Behel.
I must say that the work was impeccable!!  My car looked like new.  I was very happy with the work done.  I was very pleased with the treatment I was given at Anderson Behel.

My experience was excellent in all regards.  They took less time than they said they were going to. They communicated very well with me and went over everything they were going to do with the car. The work they did turned great.

They did good work and everything turned out great. It was a real seamless process and they worked real well with the other persons insurance. They had my car for a couple of days and they drove me to the rental car place to get everything set up also.

 

Everything turned out excellent. They are the best I have ever used. Mariah, who works at the front desk and set up the appointment, takes care of everything. They have outstanding service. I have recommended them to others.

They completely replaced the cloth on the ceiling. Their pricing is fair and appropriate.  Scheduling is easy and they're awesome to work with.  We've dealt with them several times and the first time we dealt them I was pregnant and they offered to deliver the car to the house. They are also good about making sure the final price matches the initial estimate.

The work was excellent. The whole way they handled the situation was excellent.  They were very accommodating with scheduling.  Communication was very good with them. The final estimate and cost matched the initial findings.

They were friendly but the repairs did take about a month and a half to complete. They did keep me in the loop because they were waiting on parts and more damage was found. The experience overall was good with them.

They did a great job.  They’re very good with scheduling and it's just a great shop.  It’s a AAA shop so you can request them.

Body repair on the 2 doors after a brick was thrown at my car. Good service, worked extremely well with USAA.

I first went to Anderson to get an estimate to pay out of pocket for my repairs.  The person that hit me was hoping to keep insurance out of the loop.  After three estimates from all around the area, it was decided that I needed to call my insurance carrier (AAA) and file a claim.  Because Anderson Behel Body Shop was a preferred vendor, all of the work done was under warranty as long as I owned the car. 
They were efficient, professional and the quality of work was excellent.  I would definitely come here again.

They did a great job on short notice, and kept my car for me while I
was overseas, making arrangements for me to pick it up on a weekend even
though it was outside their normal operating hours.

.Brought in the car and had an estimate.   The estimate went very smoothly and had to wait for the insurance to clear before I can get the car worked on.  This took a while with the insurance company and no fault to Anderson Behel.  
I chose this body shop because it was close to work and was on the VTA bus line #58.  I did too much research on this since Anderson Behel had an excellent shuttle service which dropped me off and picked me up at work when the job was done a week later.   I never got to use the VTA bus except to commute back home.9The job was done well and on time.

They did a great job.  My car looks like it is brand new.  They were very thorough and they kept me updated every throughout the process.  They were really outstanding.  I have been recommending them to everyone.  They make you feel like they really care about your car.  I got the best quote and the best service.

Was rear-ended driving to work on a Monday morning while stopped for a school bus.  Other driver also had State Farm insurance and I was able to continue driving the car though the exhaust was hanging loose and rattling.  I had remembered that Anderson Behel had been highly recommended by other Audi friends and Angie's list reviews supported this so the car was dropped off at 2 in the afternoon.  Anderson Behel arranged a rental car and took care of all the inspections and paperwork with State Farm.  Mariah kept me informed on nearly a daily basis as the repair process progressed.  The work took longer than originally predicted (3 weeks total) but this was because at the final inspection State Farm asked that the entire exhaust system be replaced (vs. just one of the 2 mufflers) and it took a few days to ship from the East Coast.  The work quality was absolutely top notch, the detailing is perfect and other than a few parts under the back of the car being new and shiny it is impossible to tell there had been any damage or repairs.  I can't comment on costs as it was all paid by the other guy's State Farm claim.  The total was around $4500.

He keeps his promises on delivery time. I was rear-ended and there was extensive damage done. They're a certified body shop with all the major insurance companies. They do outstanding work. The vehicle was done a week earlier than what they said it would be. What I particularly like about them is they kept me updated on the car. I recommend them to people for fender benders. They're very good with repair work and the color match is outstanding. The car looked like it was just driven off the dealers showroom floor. It was clean inside and out. They did a nice detail job on cleaning it up.

I was very impressed, not only with the work and the professionalism, but also with the clear pride every employee takes in their work there. My shuttle driver was so genuinely proud and happy working there, that I was ready to apply for a job myself. Customer Service Specialist, Mariah, was warm, very professional, and kept me posted throughout the week on the progress of my repair, ensuring it was ready on time. I will earnestly do my best to NOT need body work again, but if I do, this will always be the place I'll go:-)

WORK PERFORMED WAS DECENT THOUGH NOT EXCEPTIONAL. SCHEDULE WAS LONGER THAN ESTIMATED ( 5 WEEKS VS. 2 WEEKS) COMPUTERIZED LINK WITH THE INSURANCE CARRIER WAS VERY HELPFUL.
