+ -1 moreWe scheduled an appointment with Dale for a certain day and time. When the appointed time arrived, nobody showed up. After a number of hours, I phoned and got the voicemail on two separate occasions. I left a follow-up message asking about the service call no-show, but after a week, have yet to hear a response.
Description of Work: No service was performed.
