I've been using Albert to refinance the mortgage on my properties for many years and he always has done a great job.
Albert has lots of experience and communicates well.
I like how he monitors the process and keeps me informed of any potential pitfalls so that we can avoid them. For instance, we were on a tight schedule to submit our package. Albert called me to see if the house appraiser had scheduled an appointment. I told him that the appraiser said he was busy and the appointment was made for the week after next. Albert called the appraiser and had them schedule the appraisal for the day after next. One pitfall avoided!
