I cannot say enough positive things about the Bartleys. As a single professional woman, I very much appreciated that i could depend on their honest & timely communication, realistic expectations, clear explanations and very reasonable cost given the amount of work & size of the crew needed. My floors were badly damaged after years of rental tenants and lack of maintenance; Unique Maintenance crew make them look great again. It took days of back breaking work and a hard working respectful crew but it was worth every cent! I would recommend them and use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you Henry & Josh.

Unique maintenance did a great job! We needed our air duct vents cleaneand and dryer vent and they did a great job! After having two more people come and try to rip us off I’m glad I found unique maintenance, they were honest and professional, and reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them to friends and hire again if I need them.

I needed terra-cotta tile floors cleaned & re-sealed on a duplex rental property that hadn't had any work done in over 15 years. Henry, Josh & their team were a godsend. Not only are they professional with many years of experience, I was impressed with their communication and attention to detail. They showed up on time & put in long hours day after day. This was a labor intensive, dirty job and they handled it with tenacity, hard work and a commitment to quality. The floors came out TRANSFORMED and they left the place spotless. Worth every penny.
