+ -1 moreRoy scheduled the in home appt. within 24 hrs of my call. He was prompt, courteous, professional. Explained & demonstrated what needed to be done - gave me the price. Replaced the part in less than 1 hr.
Description of Work: Roy replaced the locking mechanism on my Maytag front loader washing machine. He also researched the availability of the machine top which I did not purchase.
