 + 0 moreI had the valve cover gaskets and timing belt replaced at another shop to address oil leaks. The slow leaks then became gushers. I took my care to Top Shop. They replaced valve cover gaskets properly!. They also identified a small leak from cam seal. They informed me what needed replaced and what could wait until later. I highly recommend this shop!

 + -1 moreAbsolutely the best auto service place in town. They are honest and tell you when you need a fix, or if you can get a few more months of life out of something on your car. An indispensable quality in an industry riddled with men trying to take advantage of those that don't know cars as well and charge you for every little thing. Willy, the owner, often will personally help you out. I went in just to pick up the free license holder from him and despite being busy, he personally offered to install it on my car for free. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my car.

 + 0 moreUnfortunately during diagnosis they cracked the faceplate of the panel. Ultimately I bought a used one on ebay, brought it over, and they installed it for free and reimbursed the cost of the part (but not the diagnosis). Overall the experience was okay but not great because of this extra hassle.
Description of Work: The gear shifter bushings needed to be replaced on my old-ish German car. That repair was straightforward and reasonably priced. While I was there I also asked for a couple minor problems to be diagnosed on the instrument panel, for which technician time was charged.

 + -1 moreI have a Voltswagon and found a company who only dealt with american cars so they directed me to Top Shop. I really liked the company was punctual and fit me in for an appointment the next Monday morning. He was able to give me a guarantee on time for my oil change, which was why I went to him. When I went in he confirmed that I did not need my oil changed but needed my brakes and rotors replaced. We then set up another date for me to come in to get this service done. They worked on the car and proactive contacted me back. It turns out that the prices he quoted me at was a little bit higher then the work actually cost.
