Description of Work: I too called them for an estimate after viewing a pretty impressive website. After standing us up twice they finally showed up, took some measurements and said they would get back to us. They never did. When we followed up with a few phone calls we were told, "Sorry I was fishing" or "Sorry I was on vacation". Finally, we were able to get some numbers and they gave us a totally out of the ballpark figure of $69,000 to remodel our master bath. I laughed at that point and said thanks but no thanks. I really expected much more professionalism after seeing their website. My ignorance.

 + -1 moreInitial contact was prompt. Did an onsite evaluation and took some pictures and measurements. Said that he would send the estimate and paperwork, he never did send it.
Description of Work: He was to give me an estimate to remodel a shower.
