Alberto was amazing: polite, concerned, and clean! When my tub suddenly started to fill with sewage (and all that implies) at around 9:00pm on a Tuesday, my landlord was unreachable. He came out within the hour and quickly ascertained the problem and routed the main line. When he was done, he even put down a cleaning solution to sanitize my tub and toilet. He did the same for the neighboring unit (who shared the main line in the duplex). He turned my terrible night into a surprisingly pleasant experience. Call him first!
