The Gutter Co. Inc.

They incorrectly installed gutters (that I am in the process of replacing now) and as a result we basically have a waterfall in front of one door instead of working gutters.  They also installed a downspout by our front door too low so I could not put in an attachment system to divert the water.  We now have big puddles in front of the door.  After a year of calling the company to address the problem, I filed a complaint with the BBB of Santa Barbara.  After a month of them trying to get them to respond to my complaint, they closed the complaint because there was nothing further they could do.  I kept calling the business and finally got someone on the phone and it was the original guy who came out to the house.  He apologized, and said he would send someone out.  Several weeks later, someone did come out and they attempted to fix the downspout of our neighbors yard.  Luckily, I was home, so I went out and informed him he was supposed to be working on our house.  He then came and fixed the downspout by the door, but not the waterfall.  I am now dealing with the waterfall because we are supposed to get heavy rains this winter.
