He was great. I couldn't have asked for a better agent. He always returns calls immediately. We had sold a house and then we're going to buy another one, but then the real estate market started going crazy, so we sat back and rented for awhile and he hung in with us the whole time. He's so patient.

See above. We would suggest that sellers and buyers have a great working relationship with their real estate agent because there has to be trust on both sides. Purchasing a home or most real estate is usually the largest purchase most people will ever make and something you will live in day after day - year after year. It's crucial that you are comfortable with your agent and he/she with you. If for
some reason that is not the case be honest and notify the agent that you will be working with someone else. I believe there are laws regarding properties your agent has already shown you, but I believe if you're uncomfortable working with someone you're probably wasting each other's time. I interview our doctors also and I have had some surprising reactions. This is my opinion. I think it saves everyone time and alot of hassle.
