Jose know his stuff and works hard to satisfy!

Jose was friendly and likeable. He carefully explained each step in the process as to what the job entailed and what he planned to do to make the job go smoothly. His crew was professional, they worked tirelessly and they were fast to get the area ready for my concrete stamp project. At the end of each day the workers were conscientious and neat to keep the jobsite clean. Jose offered advice that I hadn't thought of, offered additional services which after thinking about it, I thought I could use, specifically, a main water line and low voltage lighting. I think we clicked pretty well overall that I looked forward to the next day when I would see him and his crew continuing on bringing my job to it's conclusion.

1st. I was emailed someone elses estimate for close to 5 grand. 2nd He said on the 19th they'd do it Monday. Took a deposit. Then Monday changed to Friday. Im waiting Friday no call no show. I texted, called. Nothing. My boss calls from her phone and he picks right up. Said that we have a communication problem. Ok??? So thats why you don't return calls and text when you know someone's on the Property waiting? So he said he did say Friday but he meant Next Friday. On Monday if someone says they'll do it Friday. Most people would assume the Friday following that Monday. The same week. Well he said he meant next Friday. And I was supposed to know that how??? Guess I should have asked for a date. But it seemed pretty simple. So ok. Today is Monday, he said last Friday he'd call Thursday with the time to meet him Friday.. Today's Monday, he texted and said he doesn't want the job and he's returning the deposit.. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Now mind you supposedly the steps are poured, and the whole wait was for them to cure. So all this and now he's got two steps supposedly he isn't even going to use. And my tenants are still at risk because the contractor is a flake

He educated along the way. We ended up expanding the work order because of his crew being very capable and time conscientious. Jose was very easy to work with and very reasonable.

The owner Jose is very responsive and explained everything with patience and understanding for our needs. Did not suggest unnecessary improvements. Crew was quiet, clean and respectful. Work was completed as promised, always showed up on time. Will be using Sierra again and we highly recommend them.

I found the work crew of Sierra to be hard-working, polite, timely and friendly. The did a thoroughly terrific job and I would highly recommend them to others.

The people who worked on my particular project (massive front and back yard weeding) were prompt, very hard working, friendly and thorough. Jose is easy to talk to, has good ideas for improvements and is very knowledgeable about plants and what will and won't work in my yards. I know I will be contacting him for further yard work.

Jose and his crew built a wall for us, as well as repaired a fence and performed related incidental work. As the job progressed, he made suggestions as to improvements we might incorporate, most of which we did and were happy with the results.
