 + -1 moreI'd tried two other Mac experts [sic] but Crosby and his crew are absolutely the best. The cost per hour is not cheap, but it is commensurate and actually a bit lower than one of their competitors. The most important thing for me is that I know the problem will be solved, whatever it is, before they leave.
Description of Work: Fixed sync problems with 2 Macs and iPhone. Provided access to automatic saving and using hardware. Answered all questions that I'd listed since his last visit a few months ago, etc.
