Megan Sullivan is my property manager and she is great. She is very well connected in the community where she gets deals on pretty much any service from pool service to contractors, plumbers and electricians. She seems to know everybody. I think she is born and raised here. She’s very professional and very prompt. She follows through with whatever she says she’s going to do. She does a great job.

Excellent. I met Megan through a local contractor and she is the most professional house manager I have ever had. She takes pride in her work and takes care of our home as she would her own. We needed a housekeeper and window cleaner and she found us the best people. We had a huge event at Christmas and she handled all the planning and hired all the right people. Megan is able to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion. She is punctual, reliable, hardworking, self motivated, energetic and sophisticated.
