"Unfortunately, Gate systems are complex operating devices which include several components and accessories. Our communication with you and the technicians in this situation was less than excellent. Our humble and honest approach to refer you to another gate specialist that would be closer to you and able to offer you better service was our attempt to serve you better, even if it caused us to look bad. They are good, I mean excellent! I wouldn't have anyone else touch my doors. I have worked them on my rentals and other properties for over 20 years.
Their prices are very reasonable - very fair. They come very promptly and always fix it!
I use only them so I don't know what others cost but I don't imagine anyone else is coming out for cheaper.
