We've had Tom Conklin's Santa Barbara Carpet Cleaning clean our carpeting for years. He and a helper do all the work. He has always been professional, arrived within the stated time window, and done a thorough job quickly and cleanly. We first used this company after the cleaner we had been using for years moved away. We tried several other companies until we found Tom. None did as good a job of cleaning as Santa Barbara Carpet Cleaning and at a reasonable price. We'll use this company again and continue to recommend it to our friends and neighbors.

They did a decent job, I feel they did not spend very much time on the job. I had hoped the carpets would turn out differently.
